What is DuckTyped?

Hi there, my name is Adit. I like to make hard topics easier to understand by using lots of pictures. You may know me from my book, Grokking Algorithms. I have tons of ideas for other topics, and so I've started this substack.

What is DuckTyped about?

This substack is about topics that interest me, mostly tech, mostly web. I like making illustrated explanations for things, particularly things that others may find too technical or tedious to explain, such as AWS networking, I really enjoy looking at hard topics and finding the hook that makes it interesting. I personally really enjoy learning new things, and I think when you first understand a hard topic, it's such a great feeling. I hope you get that feeling reading this substack.
